Las Palmeras I is made up of 19 apartments that create a very peaceful and cozy atmosphere. These are located in a pleasant and quiet area of Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. This small complex is located 200 metres from the pedestrian Boulevard Avenida de las Playas, which houses a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants, and 400 metres from the fishing harbour El Varadero.

About Las Palmeras Lanzarote Apartments

Las Palmeras apartments, are located in a pleasant and quiet area of Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote, 200 metres from the pedestrian Boulevard Avenida de las Playas, which houses a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants, and 400 metres from the fishing harbour El Varadero.

Las Palmeras is made up of 19 apartments that create a very peaceful and cozy atmosphere. Our apartments provide a family care and our friendly staff will ensure good service. Enjoy the community swimming pool and solarium, using if desired the WI-FI connection in terraces and commun areas.

The apartment is equipped with Bath towels, but not with Beach towels (toiletries are not included). The kitchen comes equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, oven, toaster and kettle, amongst other items; dishwashing liquid and sponge.

Cleaning products are not included, instead of that, we provide cleaning service 3 times a week.

 
Which service is included in the price?

In addition to the accommodation, it is in the price included clean service 3 times per week (these days towels are replenished) and changed of Bed linen once a week. Each apartment is provided with a safe-deposit box. On the other hand, we provide a free WIFI connection in terraces and common areas. Extra clean service can be requested with additional cost. Also self service Laundry (not included in the price) is available to customer upon request.

We don't provide parking spaces, but you can find free public parking at the entrance

Pleasant stay!

This was our first visit to Las Palmeras, I cannot fault these apartments, they were very clean and secure and very quiet, so if your looking for a relaxing place to stay in a good location this is the place to stay.

Una settimana tranquilla

Abbiamo passato a inizio giugno una settimana di tranquillità e riposo a Las Palmeras. Vicino al mare e tutto il resto e nello stesso tempo lontano dalla solita confusione delle località turistiche. Le persone sono gentile e premurose e il posto ben curato. Nella cucina abbiamo trovato quel poco che ci serviva per una settimana, i letti erano comodi e abbiamo riposato bene. Pulizia e il cambio degli asciugamani 2-3 volte alla settimana e per la nostra figlia dei giocatoli per la spiaggia. Posto strategico per visitare lisola dal nord a sud. In pratica quello che si legge sul sito ufficiale e su Tripadvisor si avvicina di molto alla realtà ci abbiamo trovato. Grazie Las Palmeras.
