Las Palmeras I is made up of 19 apartments that create a very peaceful and cozy atmosphere. These are located in a pleasant and quiet area of Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. This small complex is located 200 metres from the pedestrian Boulevard Avenida de las Playas, which houses a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants, and 400 metres from the fishing harbour El Varadero.

About Las Palmeras Lanzarote Apartments

Las Palmeras apartments, are located in a pleasant and quiet area of Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote, 200 metres from the pedestrian Boulevard Avenida de las Playas, which houses a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants, and 400 metres from the fishing harbour El Varadero.

Las Palmeras is made up of 19 apartments that create a very peaceful and cozy atmosphere. Our apartments provide a family care and our friendly staff will ensure good service. Enjoy the community swimming pool and solarium, using if desired the WI-FI connection in terraces and commun areas.

The apartment is equipped with Bath towels, but not with Beach towels (toiletries are not included). The kitchen comes equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, oven, toaster and kettle, amongst other items; dishwashing liquid and sponge.

Cleaning products are not included, instead of that, we provide cleaning service 3 times a week.

 
Which service is included in the price?

In addition to the accommodation, it is in the price included clean service 3 times per week (these days towels are replenished) and changed of Bed linen once a week. Each apartment is provided with a safe-deposit box. On the other hand, we provide a free WIFI connection in terraces and common areas. Extra clean service can be requested with additional cost. Also self service Laundry (not included in the price) is available to customer upon request.

We don't provide parking spaces, but you can find free public parking at the entrance

Las Palmeras

We always stay in these apartments when in Lanzarote. They are very clean and have all the facilities that we need as well as being just a ten- minute walk away from the beach. The staff are great and are so helpful.

Wonderful Las Palmeras Apartments

This is out 3rd time staying at Las Palmeras Apartments and it continues to be our favourite break away. The Apartment block is perfectly located and perfect for a peaceful and relaxing break. The apartments are managed to an excellent standard. The whole complex is spotless and the girls who clean the apartments are friendly and very professional and keep the area spotless. Esther who manages the area is an excellent host and is available to help at any time and her welcome to guests is very welcoming. We will keep coming back and thank you for another lovely holiday.
