Las Palmeras I is made up of 19 apartments that create a very peaceful and cozy atmosphere. These are located in a pleasant and quiet area of Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. This small complex is located 200 metres from the pedestrian Boulevard Avenida de las Playas, which houses a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants, and 400 metres from the fishing harbour El Varadero.

About Las Palmeras Lanzarote Apartments

Las Palmeras apartments, are located in a pleasant and quiet area of Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote, 200 metres from the pedestrian Boulevard Avenida de las Playas, which houses a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants, and 400 metres from the fishing harbour El Varadero.

Las Palmeras is made up of 19 apartments that create a very peaceful and cozy atmosphere. Our apartments provide a family care and our friendly staff will ensure good service. Enjoy the community swimming pool and solarium, using if desired the WI-FI connection in terraces and commun areas.

The apartment is equipped with Bath towels, but not with Beach towels (toiletries are not included). The kitchen comes equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, oven, toaster and kettle, amongst other items; dishwashing liquid and sponge.

Cleaning products are not included, instead of that, we provide cleaning service 3 times a week.

 
Which service is included in the price?

In addition to the accommodation, it is in the price included clean service 3 times per week (these days towels are replenished) and changed of Bed linen once a week. Each apartment is provided with a safe-deposit box. On the other hand, we provide a free WIFI connection in terraces and common areas. Extra clean service can be requested with additional cost. Also self service Laundry (not included in the price) is available to customer upon request.

We don't provide parking spaces, but you can find free public parking at the entrance

Great place to stay

We have stayed at this accommodation on previous occasions and we were not disappointed this year. Peaceful, safe, spotless, relaxing , comfortable these are just some of many reasons we choose las Palmeras . Esther is so helpful and accommodating I cannot praise her enough. Looking forward to our next stay at Las Palmeras.

3 SEMAINES A LAS PALMERAS

Une superbe résidence ! très bien située à Puerto del Carmen, calme avec logement très agréable et bien équipé. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances avec un personnel très sympathique, des prestations appréciables et Esther toujours à notre écoute et prête à nous aider. Je recommande vivement.

Hemos estado una semana alojados en un apartamento a pie de piscina y la verdad que ha sido una experiencia muy, pero que muy recomendable. A destacar, la comodidad del apartamento, la limpieza del mismo y la atención recibida por parte del personal. Como anécdota, tuvimos un pequeño problema con el secador de pelo y en media hora a lo sumo, y teniendo en cuenta que era domingo, lo teníamos solucionado. Cada dos días pasaban a limpiar todo el apartamento y cambiar sabanas y todas las toallas, cosa que nos sorprendió positivamente. Pese a no tener aparcamiento privado, la verdad es que ningún día tuvimos el más mínimo problema para aparcar en la calle gratuito y muy cerca del apartamento a excepción de un día, aparcamos todos en la misma puerta. Por último, por comentar algo menos positivo, todo y que el apartamento es muy silencioso y tranquilo,la zona donde está ubicado es realmente muy turística. Tipo Lloret, Salou, Benidorm, etc. A nosotros nos gusta más una zona algo más autóctona y no tan turística. Pero en ningún caso fue un problema. Lo dicho, muy recomendable!
